Sabaki is a concept within martial arts, that simply means "body movement." Sabaki was originally created by the founder of Judo Jigoro Kano. The lithe movement and circular actions of the martial artist meant that even a smaller opponent could effectively takedown a much larger attacker. Our program is coached by Kru Richard Nagy who has over 35 years of martial arts teaching experience. Also a black belt in Karate, Richard understands the important spiritual aspects of his craft. 

Our pre-school Karate for 3-5 years old has become somewhat an institution amongst you mums and dad's. Women's self defence will teach you to understand and identify potentially dangerous situations and environments, be it on the street or domestic. In our 6 week program we teach you how to avoid situations, where to seek help and of course last resort techniques on how to fight like a wildcat! Our techniques are designed to harm, so beware! The Bendigo MMA Bully Buster program teaches our kids how to identify bullying behaviour. Maybe they are bullying others but don't know it yet? We teach then the importance of being a protector and friend to others, but most importantly how to develop a strong spirit and to take a powerful  stand when necessary.
